Pictures, Portraits, and Pleasure

My last post was interrupted by my family coming in the door. Rather than complete it, I must move on. This week I have completed several photo projects. During my Florida photo trip, I stacked up quite a few projects. A wedding in north Florida, a cousin's little girl, a little nephew of my sister, my 4 nephews, and a high school senior girl. Included in my sister's four boys is all four of their school portraits, two oldest ones tuxedo portraits for graduation, and the same two boys a casual senior portrait shoot. All the pictures have been edited except for the 3,000 wedding pictures. I went as a wedding guest and just had fun with my camera, so no one really is relying on my pics to make the event complete. On top of all the projects, a friend became a grandma, so off to the hospital I ran with camera in hand. I cannot deny that I love it. I completed those pictures as well and sent off an order as a baby gift.

I have been trying to clean out my car from the trip all week. I barely got everything piled onto the porch. Today, I cleaned the porch, but basically all the stuff was just moved to the interior.

I have junk piled everywhere. I am planning to go on a trip to Memphis with my husband in the morning to pick up a recumbent bike. He has been shopping for just the right bike for about 2 years. All it will take is one word form him on how messy the house is AND I WILL STAY HOME AND CLEAN TOMORROW!

Aside from all my busy-ness, the weather outside is splendid. Hubby is home for the weekend now. With that being said, Bye for now.

Overwhelmed

For those of you who read this, maybe four people, I think I know what my problem is. It has got to be ME. I think it is everyone else. How can everyone else be the problem? I have been in Florida for the past week. Friday, we were late going to a football game because someone else thought what they had to do was more important than being on time. Then after the game someone else threw a fit and because of it, I was on the football bus getting in at 12:30 when I could have been home at 10:30 or 11. Then Saturday morning, I had two people lined up for tuxedo pictures. It took me over an hour to get all the backdrop and lighting set up in the kitchen. Then they both backed out. So, I packed my bags and headed home. Forty miles into the trip, I barely got a glimpse of a motorhome, like a bullet, leave the pavement of I-75, go over a ramp of sand, go flying into the trees, twist and then flip as it came to a stop. No idea what happened or how it ended. Traffic was heavy. I got home in record time stopping for gas twice and no bathroom break.
More later . . .
