Sunday morning, we headed over to Rome, Georgia to ride on the River Walk/Trail. We road about eight miles through to city streets and along the river.
Rome is a beautiful place. I took the wrong camera with me so I was not able to get good pictures of the buildings. I had my zoom lens and not the wide angle. We did find a fountain coming out of the building on a side street.
I took my shoes off and dipped my legs in the water. It is, at the most, two feet deep.
After Rome we headed to Berry College and drove all over campus.
We saw a water snake at the old mill, a baby deer with it's mother, and a beautiful architecture in a natural setting. Berry College might be the prettiest campus in the south.
